- Free initial meeting to review service options and determine the best fit for the customer.
- For Service Plans an in-depth site audit preformed by our technical staff is recommended. Average audits require 2-6 hours of service at our normal billing rate.
- No travel charges
- No "site arrival" charges
- No "extra hour" charge for the end of the visit.
- We bill only for the time we are working for you, either on-site or remotely. We charge by the hour, rounded down to the nearest quarter hour. Typical on-site calls require 2-4 hours of service. Call for a free evaluation!
- If required, replacement hardware and software costs are quoted seperately and submitted in writing.
