  • For Service Plans an in-depth site audit preformed by our technical staff is recommended. Average audits require 2-6 hours of service at our normal billing rate.
  • No travel charges
  • No "site arrival" charges
  • No "extra hour" charge for the end of the visit.
  • We bill only for the time we are working for you, either on-site or remotely. We charge by the hour, rounded down to the nearest quarter hour. Typical on-site calls require 2-4 hours of service. Call for a free evaluation!
  • If required, replacement hardware and software costs are quoted seperately and submitted in writing.

Help is just a phone call away. We also offer after business hours support. Billing is based on time plus the cost of any replacement hardware and software. Average on-site calls require 2-4 hours of service.
